- Please fill out the online application for each camper. Applications must be accompanied by a $100 deposit.
- After we process the application, we will notify you if campers have been Accepted or placed on our Waitlist.
- Once accepted into a term, each family has until April 1st to pay the balance of their camper tuition. Email notifications will be sent as reminders.
- Our online application opens in mid-August for the next summer. Everyone is welcome to apply then!
- Campers from the previous summer will have a place held for them until September 15th, at which time we begin enrolling campers in the order we've received applications.

We'll update each term's availability in mid-September after we've been able to process applications received to that point.
We usually dig deep into the wait list before the summer arrives, so it is a good idea to apply for the term you want regardless of availability. We also encourage you to apply for an additional term, and if a spot opens up in your first choice term, you may transfer your enrollment.
Refund Policy
After acceptance, $90 of initial deposit is refundable until January 1st.
After January 1st, $50 of initial deposit is refundable until March 1st.
After the March 1st deadline your full deposit is NOT refundable.
FULL TUITION IS NOT REFUNDABLE WITHIN 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR TERM.
FULL REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE WAITING LIST ANYTIME.
After January 1st, $50 of initial deposit is refundable until March 1st.
