- Please fill out the online application for each camper. Applications must be accompanied by a $100 deposit.
- After we process the application, we will notify you if campers have been Accepted or placed on our Waitlist.
- Once accepted into a term, each family has until April 1st to pay the balance of their camper tuition. Email notifications will be sent as reminders.
- Returning campers are guaranteed a spot in the term they previously attended until September 15th. Registration is open for new campers, too! We'll begin notifying their families of their status in mid-September.

We usually dig deep into the wait list before the summer arrives, so it is a good idea to apply for the term you want regardless of availability. We also encourage you to apply for an additional term, and if a spot opens up in your first choice term, you may transfer your enrollment.
Refund Policy
After acceptance, $90 of initial deposit is refundable until January 1st.
After January 1st, none of the initial deposit is refundable for enrolled campers.
FULL TUITION IS REFUNDABLE (less the deposit) UNTIL 5 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR TERM.
